As a therapist, I believe it is vital to create safe human connections where we can truly be seen, understood, and cared for to access and remember who we really are. I work side-by-side with my clients providing a compassionate and curious space to heal whatever needs to be healed.
With a holistic approach, my background of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness combined together create an empowering, thoughtful, and direct approach to growth, change, and recovery.
Although life can be challenging, we don't need to go through those challenges alone. Through a safe, thoughtful, and client-centered approach, together with clients, I will support your journey into mental health and wellbeing.
Helping couples during challenging times has become a passion of mine. As a doula, I worked closely with couples during the birth of a child and learned the important skillset of navigating family dynamics. Using attachment theory, mindfulness, and increasing awareness of hurtful patterns, we can work together as a team to integrate new ways of being.
