Advanced Asanas with Chrispy Bhagat Singh

Friday 6 – 8 pm: Donation Yoga Class plus Meet + Greet with Chrispy (open to everyone). Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm AND Sunday: 10 am – 6 pm. This yoga intensive is led by yoga rockstar, Chrispy Bhagat Singh from Austin, Texas. The Tulsa yoga immersion is 12-hours total broken up into 3 hour segments. Expect about 45 minutes of basis and discussion, then 2 hour practices. The immersion will be held on Saturday and Sunday from 10 am – 1 pm and then 3 pm – 6 pm both days.


a Yoga Educator and a Mystic – trained in Vinyasa Ashtanga at the 500-hour Level, and both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga at the 200-hour Level, each. Blessed to have studied with world-renowned masters of the crafts in Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Asana, Philosophy, Tantra, Ayurveda, Jyotish, the Chakras, the Five Elements, as well as both Eastern subtle anatomy and a deep concentration in Western anatomy. Chrispy is an explorer of Sacred Traditions, a conduit for teachings, an enthusiologist and studied in entheogens. A deep, personal interest in CG Jung’s Shadow Work and J Campbell’s Hero’s Journey, incorporating those perspectives into the teachings. deepening the work by continually learning and training and gaining more approaches to Energetic Body-Work and Therapy skills. taking the teachings and then ‘meeting the students where they are,’ as well as working one-on-one with individuals and helping them find the optimal occupation of their physical body.“Every class I teach, I encourage students to reach past their limitations and fail, beautifully… to try, to engage, to fall and get back up and smile at the futility.
